Don't know if you ever found a solution to this but here is what worked for me. Follow the steps given below to rename the Microsoft Help Folder: 1. Rename the 'Microsoft Help' folder as 'Microsoft Help. OLD' Now try installing Office and check if it works. Fixit shows no problems. Please help. This thread is locked.
